i am. insecure

we all have insecurities and your responses to last week’s post made me realize how similar we are in our self doubts. so, without further ado…

to the person who wants to appear confident, but is constantly questioning himself: i feel you. but, we’ve got this. we are stronger than we think.

to those who feel the need to have someone to feel important: we need to learn that we are already important. adding another person should just be a compliment.

to those who are constantly thinking what if: remember that we’re wasting our time worrying about something that may never happen. and if it does, we will cope (who knows, it may end up being the best thing that could have happened).

to the person who gets anxious about meeting new people: we need to remember that they are just people too & are equally nervous to meet us.

to the person who is afraid to go against the norm: we need to stick to what we believe. who cares if we’re judged for it. we will be thankful that we were true to ourselves, in the long run.

many of you asked last week what advice i have for these insecurities, but i can’t pretend that i have it all figured out. i will, in the next few weeks, do a little research and tell you what I find. after all, we are all in this together! *cue high school musical theme song*
